#3 His comment was indeed stupid. I don't think he should have been fired. Imagine the outrage here if a conservative professor had been fired for saying Houston deserved it because they have a Democrat for a mayor.

We can point and laugh at him, but fire him, no.

I do. I think they should be fired by the hundreds every time they open up their mouths and disparage fellow American citizens simply because they have different political beliefs.
