#3 Strange, nothing from the embassy. Perhaps there was a meeting or something. One would think SOMEONE would have been down on the Las Ramblas, ....or no ?

#4 No one from the embassy likes to go to Las Ramblas. It's full of tourists. And because the Spanish, more specifically the Catalans, and especially the Barcelonans, don't like tourists.

One should always be sensitive to one's hosts, you know.
