Appears to be something akin to our very own "White" MAJORITY rule, which is currently under attack. Sort of begs the question, does it not ?

But I do agree it is quite difficult to "sustain" the effort when faced with onerous western sanctions, universal condemnation, and an opposition fully armed and supported by the communist block.

It's insufficient that whites not rule in Africa. It's necessary that whites not rule anywhere. That seems to be how the conventional wisdom has evolved.
