Why? Why wasn't it simply seized and thrown in the dump bin? One of my 3-ring binders was seized, "because the ring diameter (3") exceeded the allowable length for a metal device". Apparently I could have stabbed someone with a binder ring.

after through check it was allowed to proceed
Wonder how much the check was for?
