He could pass an E.O. saying No active members of the military will participate in fly overs, Honor Guards or advertisement with the National Football League. #3 ...Both of those are awesome ideas, and I'd love to see the Hall of Fame induction week ceremonies come off with no military support at all. I had a lot of fun the three years I marched in it (hard not to smile while standing behind a car carrying Roger Staubach, Tom Landry, and Don Meredith while they're good naturedly and slightly profanely arguing over who the better player was) but were I in the same place today, I'd at least register a protest myself about having to march in my country's uniform to honor people who don't give a rat's backside about what I'm supposed to be defending.
