This doesn't read like anything legal but just another tyranny and craziness of the left.

Didn't Stephan Paddock live in California at one time? Another theory of his mass shooting might be that living in California made him nutso.

#14 Look around any of the urban centers, and you will see that native born, non-Hispanic Americans are already colonialists in some form of Hispanic country, either Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Somalia, China, or pick any Muslim sh*thole. The upscale suburbs are still American in appearance, at least until 10am when the construction and landscape workers arrive...

At a guess, this is part of the campaign against free speech. If it stands, it's a precedent that government can not only regulate what you say, but *require* you to say something. It's very hard to dissent when the vocabulary is denied you on pain of criminal sanction.
