#2 Kimmel doesn't have anyone watching him who would boycott him. More than that, Kimmel might be in the crosshairs of this Weinstein scandal himself when everything collapses. He did some Comedy Central Roasts, I wonder if he ever referenced Harvey in them.

Local affiliates may find other alternatives that may bring better ad revenue than the network offered default. If the network demands the air time, anti-trust investigation needs to follow.
