#1 Isn't that what Iran did in the Iran - Iraq war? I recall reports of Iran breaching minefields with mobs of conscripts, who may have not been armed.
I can't find anything on that at the moment. One of reasons I thoroughly dislike the mullahs. Iran used to be beautiful.
