#1 A F9 filled with thousand of iphones attached to solar cells and little tiny motors could do a damn good job. Have a celluar base station or some wifi routers up there with them and no problem to send the phones on kamikaze strikes. It only takes an orbital 8 gram impactor to take out a ICBM. A cellphone is more than 8 grams and cheap as weapons go.

orbital V is way more than ICBM V
So 4.87 oz for an Iphone 7 or 138.0622 grams
plus add some mass for an engine and solar cells - maybe take off the screen and you are still okay.

#6 It takes a heck of a long time to set up one of their missiles as they haven't got underground silos yet, so a simple 1000lb JDAM would do the trick.
