#2 It just isn't millennials, the one thing that tipped me over the edge and had me resign my position was an official reprimand from my Program Manger VP for saying "Christmas Party" in an email to the business manager asking for what the budget for the "Christmas Party" was.

A lot of companies have gone completely over the edge on diversity policy.
