Second Texas County Faces Lawsuit for Withholding Records of Noncitizens Registered to Vote

#1 During the first Obama election for president, Harris County NAACP members were walking Obama voters to the front of the line, making other voters wait to vote. When a call was made to Harris County election office by True the Vote who saw this, the election office told True the Vote to stand down.

During the same day NAACP were getting calls about what they were doing at the poles and immediately took the list of officers names and all contact information off of their website.

They were reported to the state attorney generals office but nothing was done.

#2 Solution is simple, if they cannot prove all the voters are bona fide US citizens, then the entire district votes is nullified and will not be counted in any elections. AND an investigation will be carried out.
