#1 The Berlin Wall fell. The Soviet Union collapsed. The rationale for NATO died. If the First World countries of the world are not motivated to protect their own interests, its not the back of the American taxpayer to subsidize them.

#4 Except for MAYBE a handfull of staff, NATO (or, at least US support for/of it) should have shut its doors 25 years ago. It's even more dysfunctional now.

#5 It is time for the US to walk away from NATO. Trump should work on a military alliance among the Anglosphere nations (and a separate one with East Asian nations).
