#2 "He said, she said scenario." Because of this, this should be allowed to play out without hysterics and politization. What are the facts? Should a person be treated like a leper the rest of his/her life for a marriage or relationship that went bad? Once it's over, shouldn't it be over? It is interesting that the domestic violence law was passed during the Clinton administration mostly as a way to deny people from buying guns.
