#2 Mhardeh is not a small facility. ~700-MW Gas-Fired Steam Turbine Russkie design. Five 150MW turbines (de-rated) and it looks like the 'Rebels' took one completely out.

If one turbine fails (in this case catastrophically), the other ones would shut down by design.

Looks like they now have the other four up and running, though.
