I've seen videos of the victims being treated, but the symptoms aren't strong enough to determine a possible cause.

#2 The YPG has executed a military strike in Turkey.

“Our forces have made a point-blank attack against the center for the collection of Turkish invasion troops and terrorists Jabhat an Nusra, as well as their command post in the village of QiriXane in the Turkish province of Hatay. Our fighters confirmed the killing of seven terrorists, including Turkish soldiers, in addition to a large number of wounded,” the media center said. SDF media center

Also YPG states that they use their international right of self defense against military targets.
