If Congress passed a law tying Planned Parenthood to a requirement to do an ultrasound 24 hours prior (to allow/force thinking on the matter) to an abortion the industry would die a quick death.

I disagree. Somewhat reduced, yes, but not ended. But if the government is not paying for them, and the abortionists are forced to maintain proper surgical standards, that would be an improvement over the current situation.

#8 My belief is the bulk of the women having abortions are not the SJW screaming to save Planned Parenthood's Government funding and thus they will be affected by clearer and clearer ultrasounds.

The SJW screaming will continue as a way to keep women on the Democrat plantation because the Dems have nothing else to offer (beyond the false picture they've built up of the GOP).

#9 The folks in Washington cannot build a simple wall or cancel Obamacare or balance a budget or even limit late-term abortion. The left and right enjoy open issues that do not resolve as it makes fundraising easy and clear distinction between opponents.

Regardless of who is in charge one thing has been constant the last 50 years: GIVERnment grows and freedoms slip away
