Has the top cop put any one in prison? In front of a grand jury? Under oath? it is as if Obama is still his boss. So he is neither a Ninja or Nincompoop; he is a Nightmare Neerdowell.

I would be interested in someone walking into his office and seeing what cases he has on desk and reporting back.
