#3 I can't put my finger on it but something is just not right about this entire episode.

Ignoring the 39 calls for help.

Numerous calls to the FBI and the FBI closing the file.

Sheriffs standing down instead of actively engaging the shooter.

Neighboring law enforcement punished for acting.

Something just isn't right about this.
