#6 At my company, we have a built in filter - it blocks all kinds of things. If you go to a "forbidden" web site, you get a warning, and you DON'T get to the web site. This technology has been around for a long time. Why the heck isn't it (or something similar) installed on all government computers?

Note: if you have a business need to get to a web site, you can enter a justification, and after review by security, you might be granted access.
