#4 Always have a good AAR (After Action Review) even if everything goes right. Lessons can always be learned.

My question is where was the QRF (Quick Reaction Force)when shit went tits up? There should always be a group of guys kitted up and ready to respond if another unit gets hit. Even on SF missions.
