#1 Sounds another honor killing. Executioners are so creative.

#2 If you are born to die of being buried in cow dung, you're not going to die of snake bite. (See Barry Lester story about being twice bit by a rattlesnake.)

#3  Sounds another honor killing.

Nah, it's a Hindu thing. Sacred cows and all that.
Gandhi was big on cow dung IIRC:
"Dude, try this cow dung milkshake. It is very healthy."
"Oh, look at the time! I think I hear my mom calling. Gotta run. Tah!"

#7 Not into milkshakes, Omeger? Maybe a nice glass of thirst-quenching "Gau Jal," aka "cow water".

As a side note, we appear to have reached a point in history where no matter what sort of crazy-ass shit you make up (no pun intended), be assured that there is someone, somewhere, out doing it right now.

#8 Weirdest thing I ever did was to order a pregnancy test on a man.

#9 Weirdest thing I ever did was to order a pregnancy test on a man.

So what were the results?

I've heard of one clinic (or provider) which had a lot of pregnancy test insurance claims rejected because the patient was male...

#10 #8: Maybe this was a case of fluid gender?

#11 Man's pregnancy test was positive. He was not pregnant. He had an advanced type of cancer, whose cells produced the same hormone that makes the pregnancy test positive. He only lived a couple of years after this, but my test got him the earliest possible focused treatment. The ribbing I got from the other ER staff was something - before the test. After the test report, it was vewy vewy quiet for the remainder of the shift. Most medical students are taught a little about this type of tumor, and most forget it quickly.
