#1 I had to look up what a belt fed magazine looked like. Still don't know but I found some AR upper receivers that could be belt fed or magazine fed. Anyone know for sure?

#3 I found this and other similar items. Looks like an M-60 type cover and tray only made for an AR upper. The only modern machine gun (post RVN era) I have laid hands upon was a Mk 48 Mod 1, but it was not the standard Mod 1, it was a prototype.
