The ONLY reason the onerous Brennan and Clapper are saying anything. Comey appears to be going down for the team.

It's the first step in disavowing ownership of Operation Hurricane Crossfire, Christopher Steele, Bruce and Nellie Ohr, or anyone else associated with the operation.
