#7 These are missiles supplied to our guy in Libya, General Haftar, probably by us, using the UAE as a cutout. For some reason, he's not making short work of the Turkish- and UN-backed Islamist government.

Haftar is US-, Russia- and Arab-backed. Given that we're not backing him with on-call air strikes, the way we did when we took out Gaddafi, it's somewhat understandable that he's making slow progress.
