#1 If you watched his one-on-one it's obvious he is demented. He said he is definately running again but then said he has plenty of time to decide. He called his wife Dr. Biden even though she isn't. Couldn't seem to remember her name. I think his handlers let him do this to show how incapable he is. They won't let him run again.
