I've seen them openly worn in 1/2 of that back in the 1960s to around 1977's.

After the 60s, they just started switching the hoods for elected positions. Then claimed they were the "New Democrat Party" making up for their past transgressions. So they built "Project plantations" for Federally approved legal segregation. As they continued to screw over minorities in a modernized way.

Just Google JB's, Pelosi's, Hillary's, Lightfoots, Buttigieg's, Newsom (jaywalking)
and other LSD's leadership for their racist comments.
