If midterms go as expected, then the 1st order of business by the newly elected Pro-American elected majority should be.

1st
Hearings and investigations to flush out the LSD / Communist 5th column now occupying positions of power.

2nd
Updated US Law covering abuses of power to violate Civil Rights to include staging and/or presenting false evidence.

3rd
A mandatory 10-year sentence with $100,000 per conviction and a ban from any federal related activities for life.

4th
Update the Federal Oath to require all Federal employees, appointees and elected officials to adhere to the US Constitution, US Bill Of Rights, apply all laws and regulations equally without political agenda.

#2 This is a dumb but irrelevant play. The CCP is connected to Hunter Biden in many voter’s mind. It is like showing a mediocre baseball pitch well outside of the strike zone, a pure distraction. but The true October surprise that was planned was probably indicting Trump. That is akin to beaning Albert Belle. The result of a Trump indictment would br 100% MAGA turnout. I think they realize that there is no net gain on that path. It is a bad plan, but they may do it anyway for lack of anything else viable.
