#2 That may be the plan, Glenmore. I'm thinking (but I'm no expert) that this might be the 'Bargaining Line' that the Bear will offer.

Nothing else. No reparations.

Plus all the regular army troops can now be sent to the breakaway republics to bolster the craptacular irregulars there now (including Vagner). Expect the next push might head west to secure all of both Donetsk and Luhansk, plus maybe a good part of Zaporizhzhia. Bear keeps southern Kherson as a buffer for Crimea. They want to keep Sevastopol and the oil/gas onshore/offshore fields.
