I can't help but remember how Chuckles Schumer gloated that he and the Dems stopped Trump from filling the SPR at $20/bbl. Surely now it's Putin's fault. Or the Fed's fault. Or, forget them, it's still Trump's fault.

The Japanese know who their real enemy is and it ain't Russia. They need to keep their weapons at hand to keep the Chinese at bay.
