#2 Add to this the lawyer helping the DA with this was a Obama/Biden white house lawyer, then after Biden was was appointed to the DOJ. A year ago he left to work for the new NY DA when they started talking about charges for Trump.

This is a political faction using the system to take out the lead opposition leader.
