#3 Prigozhin's company maintains a call center which handles all his inquiries, press inquiries, recruiting questions, including as I s'pect, feelers from intelligence agents, clandestine or otherwise.

Impossible to believe he has not been contacted in some form.

Considering it seems the US has burrowed through the Russian intelligence service like worms, I would find it shocking if there hadn't been some feelers out. Whether Prigozhin knew it was CIA or not and how much it might have influenced things is up for debate.

#5 "We will build a great empire"

Yea, a nation literally dying off demographically is going to suddenly become a great empire although no foreign investment will be seen, the leaders of Russia cannot even travel outside the "pro Russian world" and it's contracting like the population numbers are anyway.

Half the people in Russia do not even have a commode in their homes.

But, no doubt, Russia is heading toward a great empire and not the vassal weaker state status reality offers vis a vis China.
