#1 Something big blew up in Sevastopol.

Reported to be a Ropucha class landing ship, like the one that got hit by a drone boat last month, plus whatever was near the secondary explosion.

#2 A Kilo class sub (has Kalibr cruise missiles) could also have been hit.

Appears that Ukrainian forces have successfully hit the Sevastopol Shipyard drydocks this morning, likely occupied by a Russian Kilo-class sub and Ropucha landing ship.

#3 Moscow urgently deploys to Ukraine frontlines its newly formed 25th army - British intelligence
Moscow urgently transferred its newly formed 25th army to the front in Luhansk region, a forced move amid the lack of manpower reserves on the ground. That’s according to the UK Ministry of Defense citing intelligence data, Ukrinform reports.

"Elements of Russia’s new 25th Combined Arms Army (25CAA) have highly likely deployed to Ukraine for the first time. The formation is likely focused on Luhansk Oblast in the north-east of the country,” the report says. According to British intelligence, as recently as August 2023, recruitment ads for the 25th army claimed it would be deployed in Ukraine no earlier than December 2023.
