Curious. Before the Ukraine invasion.

They are freeing prisoners and dragging citizens off the street to fight. Why an increase in personal weaponry? Did they anticipate a surge, or is the battlefield weapon recovery effort failing due to lost territory?

The weapon delivery 'doubled' in 2023. Are the Asian allies (China/NKor/Iran/Stans) due to join the warfront or are the weapons a 'buy-in' for a new alliance?

So many unknowns.
