#11 Any reparations would end up in the hands of the cartels, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, Lincoln, bling sellers and McMansion sellers. All of which would then be re-possessed when the windfall dried up.

In effect, a wealth transfer, just not in the expected direction.

The programs was ended by... wait for it... wait for it... (but you probably already guessed)... Democrats.
