…and continuing to fix whatever is repeatedly causing the Postgres issue.

Thank you for fixing that, badanov.
You did exactly what I would have done, Frank.

Had to restart the servers several times over the last hour. Appears now to be stable.

Taipei and Shanghai are Sister Cities! It started with sharing Dragon Boat races.
Several of my wife's cousins who are retired Taiwan generals just visited China with no problems at all.

Fred, how are you getting articles into the Hoover queue? I can work on them there, but at the top I see only the Refresh button — no Add button visible. I’ve been working up the body of the articles in Hoover, then copy/pasting them into Rantburg.com’s Post Your Own Article to drop them into Poster.

Here, let me put on a nice, newly acquired Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 1 dvd in the dvd player for your relaxation.

Or three. Mr. Wife is spending the weekend helping his mother settle into her new house near his sister up north in NY State, my mother is having a small relapse after improving shockingly simce we brought her home in February, and my sister, bless her heart in a southren belle manner, chose these last few days to make me angrier than I’ve ever been in my entire life. It’s been two decades since the only other time she pulled something like this, so apparently we’re both coming to terms with it.
Clearly the emergent result of all that is effecting my ability to spell. Enjoy it while it lasts, gentlemen. ;-)

So I will try a different tack this time, and since it is a much, much longer process, I will wait until tomorrow to try it.

I've narrowed thew problem down to he lack of functions. Some of the o-club's basic functions reply on rantburg tables, and that is a problem.
A possible solution from someone of stack overflow:
You can't tell pg_dump to dump only functions. However, you can make a dump without data (-s or --schema-only) and filter it on restoring. Note the --format=c (also -Fc) part: this will produce a file suitable for pg_restore.
First take the dump:
pg_dump -U username --format=c --schema-only -f dump_test your_database
Then create a list of the functions:
pg_restore --list dump_test | grep FUNCTION > function_list
And finally restore them (-L or --use-list specifies the list file created above):
pg_restore -U username -d your_other_database -L function_list dump_test
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13758003/how-to-take-backup-of-functions-only-in-postgres
Except the last step fails silently and the functions list looks incomplete besides. And as an aside, the functions list fail to indicated which tables (if any) they are tied to.

The plan for today is to resolve the insert problem for o-club.
Next will be resolving all the network problems surrounding wheelus, officersclub, and o-club
