#4  The Black Lives Matter thingy has actually given justification to theories of some of us who were always of the opinion that 'some lives matter more than others'. It drives home a point, with it's ill-advised caption. Make no mistake, it doesn't mean that 'black lives matter too!' It was always supposed to mean 'only black lives should matter!' In fact, across the world, minorities trapped in their recidivist cultures have blamed the rest of society for vilifying them and played race, color and caste cards to carve out dominions of primitive tribal control for themselves. Leeching increasingly considerate socialist states and reserving the right to submit to or reject the constitutions, these people thrive in the midst of otherwise modern societies; shitholes and body dumps next to residentials and malls. So do not think for a second this problem is known only to America, or about only skin color. It is about cultures featuring criminality and corruption assaulting cultures featuring civility and cooperation as standards.

The world is divided apparently into too diverse a menagerie of fauna to categorize each group accurately, but one thing is as obvious as the screen in your face. There are only two basic types. The ones on the side of civilization, and the ones standing in its way. Also evident, although denied by everyone, is the fact that not every life matters. If anyone says differently they are bloody liars. The Kurds, fighting alongside US troops against the daesh for instance, cease to matter when a NATO member slays them. Jews in Europe, valued by one administration, de-valued and targeted by goons of the next, in the same society. Christians, the bane of the progressive anime doll humpers and body modification aficionados, paid lip service to by rich charismatics, cheated by everyone and still hopeful. Bubba, the taxpaying 9 to 5er, with his bills and kids and urgent need of type B octagonal premium garden hose socket. To some, these are all expendable, even adversaries. When the time comes for cultures to clash so violently that some seek to supplant and exterminate or enslave others, it falls on the State to violently deter their progress.

Just whose life does matter then? Everyone will claim they deserve to survive over others. For example, to the criminal, only his/her life matters. To the muslim, only muslim lives matter. To every narrow minded, supremacist bastard in the world, only certain lives matter. Even to me, lives of servicemen and soldiers matter just a little bit more than the average ingrate yuppie. If the jihad, the intifads, ISIS, BLM, Antifa... have taught people something, it should be this: Some cultures espouse a pressing need to violently replace others. And the State that choose to not wipe them out completely, is failing the citizen, failing civilization itself.

In my view, the task of a responsible State is a) to correctly estimate just which citizens in the population are of a quality that is positively valued, b) to secure their lives, their dignity and progress, and c) to identify 'negatively valued' individuals and eliminate them.

Some societies have tried things like a merit point system to segregate society into groups, albeit with skewed criteria, which are then awarded a deservability based on their value. It can be modified further, by smarter men. Even those who choose to live secluded and non-committal existences not having much to do with society, need not be harassed for value. It must not be about extracting value from people, or rewarding some faux-patriotic poseurs, like communism demands. It must only be confined to identifying which are the ones taking away from shared value, the negatives. And exterminating as many as possible, for the betterment of humanity and for the sake of deterring de-civilizers. I'd like to mention again that race or color has nothing to do with it, only culture. The more modern the State, the more liberal and progressive, the more it is failing to deliver on its core responsibilities in treating all possible cultures with fairness. Unfair cultures deserve prejudiced treatment.

The world is actually going to come to an understanding sooner or later about this, and societies shall probably re-segregate, to hell with what Soros and his ilk want. The majorities of other nations will not let 'diversity' be officially raped into them. People will learn from America and emerge yet aggressively recalcitrant to empower their own 'minorities'. It may not be 'just', but it will be a natural reaction. Civilization always finds a way to survive, circumnavigating and even violently opposing idiots of the sort who think technology and legislation can conquer humanity and make it perform suicidally stupid actions. I believe that polite rationality and civility of the masses too will give way in the near future, after much economic harm and misery has been caused by the de-civilizers, the ones lobbying and struggling for chaos. If not America, then other societies will finally demonstrate the meaning of 'survival of the fittest' as against 'survival of the represented'. Only those lives will matter then, which majorities approves of.

Dron, you ass... go to sleep, you need it.

Biden's nominee for ATF head: anti-gun lobbyist who was at the Ruby Ridge standoff and Waco massacre – and lied about cult members shooting down helicopters
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Biden pick to head the ATF David Chipman held 'Ask Me Anything' Reddit thread last year where he is revealed to have lied about aspects of the Waco Massacre

  • Chipman claimed Branch Davidian cult members were able to shoot down to U.S. helicopters with .50 caliber Barretts even though this event never happened

  • ATF showed up at the religious sect's ranch in 1993 with a search and siege warrant for illegal firearms and weapons in the facility – a massive fire ensued

  • The handling of the Waco incident quickly became the subject of major criticism after 76 Branch Davidian members and five ATF agents were killed

  • Chipman was also involved as an ATF agent with the Ruby Ridge standoff

Considering the Biden "claimed" victory by only
154,188 votes and now 66,194 fraudulent ballots were already initially discovered.

Since now this means Biden only won by 87,994 out of 5,453,892 cast votes Mich..

Now toss in what I have been saying about WiFi and external networked control of these voting machines.

I'd say its strong evidence voter fraud.

White House border coordinator to step down after 100 days
    That was fast.
[SDUT] Roberta Jacobson, a former ambassador to Mexico and career State Department official, will leave at the end of April
Quick determination of incompetence and/or scapegoating
The top White House official leading efforts to address the migrant crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border will leave her post at the end of April, the White House announced Friday.

Roberta Jacobson, a former ambassador to Mexico and career State Department official, had been tasked with coordinating the Biden administration’s efforts on several fronts. Vice President Kamala Harris had recently been assigned the part of Jacobson’s portfolio involving diplomatic outreach to the Central American nations that are home to most of the migrants.

National security adviser Jake Sullivan said in a statement that Jacobson had planned to stay only for the administration’s first 100 days. Her thanked her for "an invaluable contribution to the Biden-Harris Administration and to the United States."

Sullivan credited her with "having shaped our relationship with Mexico as an equal partner, having launched our renewed efforts with the Northern Triangle nations of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, and having underscored this Administration’s commitment to re-energizing the U.S. immigration system."

Jacobson spoke to reporters at the White House last month and acknowledged the significant challenge of addressing a flow of families and unaccompanied children.

"President Biden has made clear from day one that he wants to change our immigration system," she said then. "Doing so means truly building back better, because we can’t just undo four years of the previous administration’s actions overnight.

"Those actions didn’t just neglect our immigration system; they intentionally made it worse. When you add a pandemic to that, it’s clear it will take significant time to overcome. We must build a better immigration system that reflects our values as Americans, enforces our laws, safeguards public health, and moves away from cycles of irregular migration."

Pennsylvania Agrees to Remove Names of Dead Citizens From Voter Rolls: Settlement
[EpochTimes] The state of Pennsylvania agreed to remove the names of deceased people from voter rolls, an election-integrity watchdog group announced after reaching a settlement with state officials.

The lawsuit, (pdf) which was filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation in November 2020, alleged that some 21,000 registrants who had died were still on the state’s voter rolls at the time of the 2020 presidential election. Pennsylvania agreed to compare its voter-registration database with the Social Security Death Index, and then direct all county election commissions to remove the names of dead registrants.

"This marks an important victory for the integrity of elections in Pennsylvania," Public Interest Legal Foundation President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said in a statement in announcing the court’s decision. "The Commonwealth’s failure to remove deceased registrants created a vast opportunity for voter fraud and abuse. It is important to not have dead voters active on the rolls for 5, 10, or even 20 years. This settlement fixes that."

The lawsuit was filed after the Nov. 3 election and when then-candidate Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity....
took a lead over President Donald Trump
...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons......
in Pennsylvania. Ultimately, the Pennsylvania Secretary of Commonwealth’s office certified the election.

The foundation said it found that 9,212 of the 21,000 voters had been dead for more than five years, and nearly 2,000 voters had been dead for more than 10 years.

The settlement stipulates that the "Department of State shall transmit to each county commission the names of the individuals registered in each respective county identified as deceased as a result of the comparison undertaken" with the "death data set received" from Electronic Registration Information Center that was then "compared to the full voter registration database ... for the purpose of identifying persons who are ineligible to vote by reason of the registrant’s death."

In response, the Pennsylvania Department of State, which didn’t agree in the settlement with the number of dead voters alleged, said the agreement to remove the voters "includes no finding of inadequacy on the part of Pennsylvania and its counties," according to the Washington Times. Officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

"The Department of State is pleased that this agreement will offer Pennsylvania’s county boards of election another valuable tool to maintain the most accurate and up-to-date voter rolls possible," the department added in a statement.

The Department of State also agreed to pay $7,500 to the foundation to partially cover attorneys fees and other related costs.

If you know his address and county, Rambler, you should be able to look that up online. Google Pennsylvania [county name] “board of elections”, then follow the instructions. If he is still registered, you’ll have to send a copy of his death certificate to get them to agree that he is dead enough to be removed from the list, though that still might not be enough to get Pennsylvania to act. I’ve done this for both my parents, and for all the addresses where Mr. Wife, the trailing daughters, and I have been registered to vote. There are forms for the living to send in to deregister, as well.

I was very pleased to see that we were all no longer registered to vote in the places we no longer live.

Raffensperger Refers 3 Counties for Investigation Over Ballot Drop Box Forms
First they find potential vote fraud, then they investigate to see if it really was. Three counties is better than insisting there wasn’t any fraud whatsoever.
[EpochTimes] Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Thursday he has referred three counties to be investigated for failing to complete and retain absentee ballot transfer forms, a legal requirement for regions that used ballot drop boxes in the November election.
Raffy was either in on it or an incompetent fool. Don't disregard the "and" option
Raffensperger said in a blurb that 120 Georgia counties "filled out and retained ballot transfer forms in accordance with Georgia rules," but three counties—Coffee, Grady, and Taylor—did not.

The rule, Raffensperger said, "required counties with drop boxes to fill out ballot transfer forms that included the date, time, location, and number of ballots in the drop boxes whenever election officials collected ballots from the drop box."

He said a total of 123 counties had absentee ballot drop boxes for the November 2020 election, a measure that was enabled by an emergency rule from the state’s election board that Raffensperger said was enacted to cope with the surge of absentee voting amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The three counties accounted for 0.37 percent of all the absentee ballots cast in the November election, Raffensperger said.

"Since day one, I have made securing Georgia’s election a top priority and I have not stopped working since then," Raffensperger said. "Though the overwhelming majority of counties did what they were supposed to, this demonstrates that new steps need to be taken to fully secure our elections."

"Securing elections is work that is never truly finished," said Raffensperger, who recently defended new election integrity measures adopted in Georgia.

The measures, called the Election Integrity Act of 2021 (pdf), were signed into law several weeks back by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, drawing praise from those who argue that more stringent requirements, including around voter ID, make elections more secure and build confidence among voters, while sparking condemnation from those who view the steps as "voter suppression."

The move sparked several lawsuits from voter advocacy groups, who argued the measures erect barriers to casting a vote and have a disproportionately high impact on voters in communities of color.

Raffensperger responded to the criticism over the new law, saying, "There’s no rational argument against requiring state ID—provided for free to those who don’t have a driver’s license—for absentee ballots."

He dismissed voter suppression arguments, saying he implemented a version of the identification requirement during the November 2020 election, and that all absentee ballot requests that came through the state website were cross-referenced with a driver’s license database or another record.

"The left said that photo ID for in-person voting would suppress votes. It didn’t. Registration and turnout soared, hitting new records with each election cycle. Their cataclysmic predictions about the effects of this law are simply baseless. The next election will prove that, but I won’t hold my breath waiting for the left and the media to admit they were wrong," he said.

#1  When the raising water is about to overflow the dam, they attempt to open sluice gates to relieve the pressure. If they wait too long the dam fails.

Won't help them, with every massive crony funding bill from Nancy and every new dictate executive order from Joe the waters are rising faster than the agents down river can relieve the pressure.

Ga Secretary of State Raffensperger understands any investigation done now is legally meaningless.

However, he also understands the need to act like he is doing his job. So he ok'ing some digging to enhance his now extremely POOR odds of re-election.

NOTE: "Georgia voters hoping to beat the crowds ahead of the line on Election Day have cast 1,451,131 absentee ballots in the November election."

Given Biden claimed victory with a Margin of less than 12,600 votes.

The cited 0.375% of 1,451,131 absentee ballots equals about 5442 votes.

Biden Adviser Richmond: Republicans Need to Stop Hiding Behind Second Amendment — It's Not Meant for 'Weapons of War'
[BREITBART] Biden senior adviser Cedric Richmond said Thursday on MSNBC’s "The Rachel Maddow Show" that President Joe Biden
...... 46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem mschine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family......
was determined to do "something about gun violence" so Republicans who "have hid behind the Second Amendment for far too long" need to respond to public demand for gun regulations on "weapons of war."Richmond said, "I know President Biden’s passion about doing something about gun violence and creating sensible gun laws along with Vice President Harris, and I think the country is shifting too."
But the 2nd Amendment's precisely intended to cover weapons of war. "A well-regulated militia" isn't the same as "for the amusement of the citizenry."
He continued, "Republicans and NRA have hid behind the Second Amendment for far too long. When the Second Amendment was written, people were stuffing gunpowder into a musket to shoot. Now you have guns that can shoot 100 rounds in a minute, and that’s just completely different. These are weapons of war. They’re weapons of mass destruction. They have no place on the streets of America. We have a president now who will call out all of those who oppose safe neighborhoods, safe streets, and stopping the carnage on the streets of America."

Guest-host Nicolle Wallace said, "I say this with respect, Cedric, but have you met today’s Republican Party?"

Richmond said, "I have, but I think that the people in the country are more powerful than they’ve ever been and that the demand is there."

He added, "Public support for sensible gun regulations up in the 80s, almost at 90%. For some things like universal background checks, it’s in the 90s. I think Republicans are either going to move with the times, or the voting population will move them out."

#1  There's not a single word in the 2nd amendment about distinguishing different types of arms or their use. There's not a word about "hunting" either...

#2  The new Congress in 1792 passed two Militia Acts. The first described who were the militia. The second directed the members of the militia to arm themselves with the same weapon and equipment issued to the infantry of the very small US Army. The founders trusted their security in the people, not a large standing army or constabulary. Everything else is a lie to cover those facts.

    #5  Sure thing Shotgun Joe.

But not hiding behind, standing in front.

"Public support for sensible gun regulations up in the 80s, almost at 90%. For some things like universal background checks, it’s in the 90s. I think Republicans are either going to move with the times, or the voting population will move them out."

Which is why executive suggestions are needed?

If it were that high, it would correct itself.

    Call the Amendment Process then.

Can't find guns or ammo for demand, but 90% bans. Sounds legit.

Big Gov's pitch man is like a shitty fisher, just bad lines everywhere when he isn't tangled.

#6  The Constitution also established the idea of Congress granting private ship owners license to hunt enemy merchants and transports. That would require weapons of war. Therefore, the 2nd covers "weapons of war".

Also, at the time there was no difference between your hunting rifle and the one you took to war. Therefore, the 2nd covers "weapons of war".

Joe Biden: 'No Amendment to the Constitution Is Absolute'
[PJMEDIA] On Thursday, President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences...
announced new executive actions on gun control, trying to limit "ghost guns" and to make it easier for people to flag their own family members who shouldn’t be allowed to purchase firearms. In announcing his gun restrictions, Biden specifically addressed the Second Amendment.

While Biden insisted that none of his gun control measures impinged on the Second Amendment, he also insisted that "no amendment to the Constitution is absolute."

"Nothing, nothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment. They’re phony arguments suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake for what we’re talking about," he argued.

Then came the key statement: "But no amendment, no amendment to the Constitution is absolute."

"You can’t yell ’fire’ in a crowded movie theater. Recall the freedom of speech. From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons," Biden argued. "So the idea is just bizarre to suggest that some of the things we’re recommending are contrary to the Constitution. Gun violence in this country is an epidemic."

Biden did not cite any of the Founders to support his idea that gun rights had limits from the very beginning. As Justin Haskins wrote in The Hill, the father of the Constitution, James Madison, assured Americans that the creation of a federal government would not involve the loss of this liberty.

"Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe," Madison wrote in Federalist 46, "which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. And it is not certain, that with this aid alone they would not be able to shake off their yokes. But were the people to possess the additional advantages of local governments chosen by themselves, who could collect the national will and direct the national force, and of officers appointed out of the militia, by these governments, and attached both to them and to the militia, it may be affirmed with the greatest assurance, that the throne of every tyranny in Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
would be speedily overturned in spite of the legions which surround it."

"The whole point Madison was making is that armed militias and local governments are a deterrent against an authoritarian national force," Haskins explained.

Samuel Adams said a Bill of Rights should include a guarantee that the "Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress ... to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms."

While Americans generally agree that only "peaceable citizens" should bear arms, gun control measures often go further.

The key aspect of Biden’s statement has to deal with constitutional amendments overall.

The Bill of Rights BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE, not the Government.

An like others above my comment have said.
Didn't he in as much imply inadvertently also the 14th could be revoked also?

So is the Biden Admin/ socialist-democrat party looking to return slavery and Jim Crow to the USA? or maybe revoke our rights to better control suppress the population.

#7  The Constitution without amendments was a contract between the states and national government. It was ratified by the states, not the people. As with any contract, if one party breaches the agreement, the other parties are open to dissolving it. Just make sure you're the winner.
