The Saudi-led coalition has established four training camps for “Al-Qaeda and ISIS” terrorist elements in one of the districts of Lahj province, which is under the control of the coalition, in southern Yemen, informed sources reported Friday.
The sources confirmed that the coalition worked to gather the terrorist elements in a camp in Hatib Valley in the Yafea district, as well as in three camps in remote areas near the districts of Al-Zaher and Thi Na’em in Bayda province.
The terrorist elements include dozens of foreign nationalities in their ranks, who receive training in those camps in coordination with militia leaders of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC).
The coalition worked to gather the terrorist elements that were present in Bayda after being purged by Sana’a forces at the end of September 2021, according to the sources.
An Emirati ship loaded with weapons has arrived on Friday evening, to the port of Mukalla in Hadhramaut province, eastern Yemen, Well-informed sources reported.
According to the sources, the arms shipment was immediately transferred to Al-Rayyan Airport, and comes within the framework of the armed escalation carried out by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council ( STC)’s factions.
