A WOMAN has been charged after police allegedly caught her driving while a man lay on her car bonnet dressed in a dinosaur onesie.
Broome police were travelling to Gantheaume Point, Cable Beach about 7.20am when they sighted a white Ford Falcon wagon travelling in the opposite direction.
Police allege the vehicle was travelling at approximately 60km/h with an adult male lying on the bonnet, facing the driver.
Officers stopped the vehicle and located the man still lying on the bonnet, smoking a cigarette, dressed in a dinosaur onesie and wearing a snorkel.
The 23-year-old female driver has been charged with excess 0.05% and reckless driving.
The vehicle was seized under hoon legislation.
The woman will be summonsed and appear in court at a later date.
The pair are French nationals, believed to be backpackers living in the vehicle.

For those of you who don't speak British/Australian, the bonnet is the opposite end of a car from the boot. The boot is the opposite end of a car from the bonnet.

OK, Assume planes land,(They have to sooner or later) They're within a mile of each other, (Airports are too small) you can see the hype is greatly overblown.
They were bout 4 MILES from each other, a safe distance.

The move means that, of the 11 parties which make up the Coordination of Democratic Opposition, just the Islamist group Tewassoul has agreed to take part in the polls, arguing that its participation would be a "form of struggle against the dictatorship".
Mauritania has already had to postpone the parliamentary and local elections originally planned for October after the coalition said it would "boycott this electoral masquerade" in a bid to cause the vote to fail.
Following independence from La Belle France and the ensuing one-party government of Moktar Ould Daddah, deposed in 1978, Mauritania had a series of military rulers until its first multi-party election in 1992.
Abdel Aziz seized power in a 2008 coup and was elected a year later, but the opposition has never accepted his rule as legitimate and demanded he make way for a neutral leader to administer the vote.

Diplomats hailed some progress, including Saudi Arabia's decision to join several international human rights conventions and steps to combat corruption, but expressed deep concern over Saudi Arabia's continued use of the death penalty, including for crimes committed by minors. The country needs to "end the practice of executing children," the Norwegian representative insisted, as others demanded a moratorium and eventual abolition of all death sentences.
The kingdom has executed 69 people so far this year, according to an Agence La Belle France Presse count.
Diplomats also urged Saudi Arabia to do more to protect migrant workers. Because of a system barring them from switching employers without permission, migrants often find themselves vulnerable to abuses including forced labor.
A report based on Monday's review is scheduled to be published Wednesday and adopted Friday.

[An Nahar] An online Islamic sex shop selling condoms, massage oils and perfumes has been launched in Turkey, becoming the first of its kind in the predominantly Muslim country.
The "Halal Sex Shop" website presents its products as being "entirely safe," and in compliance with Islamic norms.
Internet users who enter the site find two different links directing them to separate sections for male and female products.
Other sections of the website are designed to discuss sex in the context of Islam under various headings: "Oral sex according to Islam", "Sex manners in Islam" and "Sexual life in Islam."
The anonymous founders of the website said they believed the online shop would help correct prejudices against Islam which they claimed is perceived as "against sex."
"The religion of Islam has praised sex under certain circumstances," they wrote on the site.
"The use of every product on sale is in compliance with Islam."
Turkey does have so-called "erotic shops" in its streets, however Islamic conservative Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan suggested last year they rename themselves "love shops."

Forget the Vitter amendment. Rand Paul wants to make sure that Congress cant ever again write laws with provisions specific to lawmakers.
The Kentucky freshman Republican has introduced a constitutional amendment that would preclude senators and representatives from passing laws that dont apply equally to U.S. citizens and Congress, the executive branch and the Supreme Court. The amendment is aimed squarely at Obamacare provisions specific to members of Congress and their staffs that became a central point of contention during the government shutdown. A traitor to his class!
