Afghan Forces Retake Ghazni’s Khwaja Omari District
[ToloNews] The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces retaken the control of Khwaja Omari district in the central Ghazni province, an Army official confirmed.

The operation was started on Thursday evening, according to local officials.

This comes as Acting Defense Minister Assadullah Khalid in a visit to Zabul province in the south of Afghanistan said that those parts of the country which have fallen to the Taliban will be retaken by Afghan forces in the near future as they have stepped up their operations against the bully boys.

Khalid said the Taliban did not have any achievement in their spring offensive.

"From the beginning of al-Fatah operation (Taliban’s spring offensive), they (Taliban) had planned to capture three provinces... So far, no district has fallen to bully boys," Khalid said.

"So far, we have retaken control of one of the fallen districts and will retake other parts of the country in the near future," he added.

Late last month, the Afghan cops retook control of Deh Yak district in central Ghazni province which was under Taliban influence for nearly two years.

[RADIOSHABELLE] The latest airstrike by US forces in Somalia has left 6 Al Shabaab militants dead.

They wore turbans, anyway.
In a statement, the US Africa Command said this is the seventh airstrike in a month against the ISIS-Somalia and Al-Shabaab.
And they were waving guns.
U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. William West, who is the deputy director of operations, U.S. Africa Command said they will continue piling pressure on the terrorist networks in Somalia, to enable governance to take hold.
They were standing in line so they could touch a camel...
He said the continued precision airstrikes support Somali security forces efforts to protect the Somali people from terrorism and support long-term security in the region.

Explosion that ripped through two Swedish apartment buildings was caused by a BOMB placed outside, police believe
[DailyMail] The explosion happened in central Linkoping, 110 miles southwest of Stockholm. While the cause of the explosion was not clear, Sweden has seen several cases in recent years where explosives were used in suspected gang-related attacks.
Unmentioned is that fact that nowadays in Sweden most of the gangs are ethnic — Kurds, Syrians, Iraqis — so this is very likely an act of Muslim colonist intimidation.

IDF says it foiled attempt to smuggle rocket material to Gaza by boat
[IsraelTimes] Four suspects locked away
Don't shoot, coppers! I'm comin' out!
in May while trying to sail out of Strip, accused of heading for Egypt as part of plan to bring in fiberglass, used in making missiles.

The Israeli military said it foiled an attempt by the Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw, terror group to smuggle material into the Gazoo Strip to be used for building rockets.

The army said four suspects were arrested last month after trying to break a maritime blockade on the coastal enclave and reach Egypt in two boats.

The incident occurred on May 11, but was only cleared for publication on Friday.

According to a statement released by the Israel Defense Forces, the four were attempting to reach the coast of Egypt’s Sinai peninsula, where they were to pick up 24 drums of fiberglass material.

The army said the material, which is forbidden to import into the Strip, was to be used by Hamas, the terror group that is the de facto ruler of the Strip, to build rockets.
"We wuz gonna make surfboards!"
The military released an edited video showing the operation to stop the boats, including a high-speed chase on the water off the Strip.

The four were charged with a raft of terror-related charges, including conspiring to commit murder, according to the military statement.

There was no immediate response from Hamas or Egypt.

The alleged smuggling attempt came less than a week after Hamas and other Paleostinian terror groups in the enclave fired almost 700 rockets into Israel during a major flare-up of violence between the sides on May 4 and 5.

This week the Wall Street Journal reported that Hamas had managed to replenish its rocket arsenal back to around 10,000 following the fighting, which saw the group attempt to overwhelm the Iron Dome anti-missile system with large concentrated volleys of rocket fire.

Israel maintains a maritime blockade on the Strip and tightly controls land crossings into the enclave in an attempt to keep Hamas and other terror groups from building up military capabilities.

Israel claims anti-aircraft missiles fired into occupied Golan from Syria
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) claimed this evening that a number of anti-aircraft missiles were fired into the occupied Golan Heights region from Syria.

The IDF alleged that the anti-aircraft missiles were specifically fired towards Mount Hermon (Jabal Sheikh), which is the same site they previously claimed was attacked by projectiles from Syria.

Israel holds the Syrian military responsible for all such attacks, even if the latter is not involved.

The Israeli military will likely respond in the coming hours, as they have in the past. They will most likely target a Syrian air defense site inside western Damascus or the al-Quneitra Governorate.

The Israeli military has already bombed Syria on two separate occasions this month, with the last attack resulting in the partial destruction of the T-4 Airbase in eastern Homs.

attack on security forces, as new details have emerged about the assailant’s activities over the past few months.

After detaining Abdul Rahman Mabsout’s father and brother and another person who had ties to the gunman, army intelligence agents have arrested in the northern city five young men who media reports said belong to "Sheikh Kanaan Naji’s group."

The reports said the five had links to Mabsout.

Other media reports meanwhile said that Mabsout were tossed into the calaboose two months ago when he sought to be employed at Tripoli’s port.

"He visited the directorate of Tripoli’s port but his application was rejected after the assessment of his criminal record and his joining of the ranks of ISIS in Syria," al-Hayat newspaper said.

"Mabsout was infuriated when he heard the negative response, which prompted him to start cursing and threatening the port’s administration," the daily added.

"The General Security agency arrested him at the port and handed him over to the Military Police, which released him after interrogation," al-Hayat said.

Riding a cycle of violence, Mabsout fired on police and army vehicles in different parts of Tripoli on Monday night, killing two coppers and two soldiers and wounding several others before blowing himself up later when confronted by troops.

Media reports said Mabsout was a former member of the Islamic State

Jihadists capture strategic area to cutoff Syrian Army supply route in northwest Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] A new jihadist offensive in northwestern Hama has caught the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) off guard as the latter has lost a key area between the towns of al-Sqaylabiyeh and Mhardeh.

According to a military source in Mhardeh, the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
stormed the small town of Jibeen and nearby hilltop of Tal Malah this evening in a bid to cut off the government supply line between the two towns.

Following a short battle, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham managed to capture Jibeen from the Syrian Arab Army, while also reaching the key hilltop of Tal Malah.

As a result of this jihadist attack this evening, the Syrian Arab Army was forced to close the main road from Mhardeh to al-Sqaylabiyeh.

Intense festivities are now ongoing at Tal Malah as the jihadists attempt to push further west towards the main government lines in northwestern Hama.

Jihadists seize key hilltop as they approach large Christian town in northwestern Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] The jihadist rebels have seized an imperative hilltop that overlooks the main road between two Syrian government strongholds in northwestern Hama.

Led by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
, the jihadist rebel began their offensive this evening by storming the small town of Jibeen in the northwestern countryside of the Hama Governorate.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham managed to overpower the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) troops that were positioned at Jibeen, forcing the latter to fall back towards the town of Mhardeh.

Following the capture Jibeen, the jihadist rebels began their attack on the key hilltop of Tal Malah; this prompted a heavy firefight between HTS and the Syrian Army.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham ultimately took control of Tal Malah after killing several members of the Syrian Arab Army and National Defense Forces (NDF).

The jihadist rebels are now pushing towards the government stronghold of Mhardeh, which is home to tens of thousands of people, including many displaced people from the area.

Turkish troops allegedly come under attack in NW Hama after Syrian Army responds to jihadist assault
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Ottoman Turkish Armed Forces came under attack this evening when the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) fired several artillery shells towards the bandidos bully boyz in northern Hama.

According to opposition activists on social media, the Syrian Army fired several artillery shells towards the town of Morek, which is where the Ottoman Turkish military has one of their largest observation posts in the northern countryside of the Hama Governorate.

A source in the area said these reports are not yet confirmed. He said the Syrian Army did target the Morek area, but there is still no confirmation that they hit the Ottoman Turkish observation post.

The Syrian Army is currently trying to fend off a large-scale jihadist offensive that has targeted a number of towns located northwest of Mhardeh.

Russian forces withdraw from base in northern Hama after jihadist attack
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Russian troops have withdrawn from their base in Tal Salba this evening after the jihadist rebels launched several artillery shells towards their positions.

According to a report from the front, the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
began hammering the Russian base at Tal Salba in northern Hama after seizing several sites from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA).

The Russian Air Force has responded to these attacks by launching heavy Arclight airstrikes over the Hama-Idlib axis; this has temporarily halted the jihadist shelling on the Tal Salba area.

The Russian military has a large presence inside the towns of Mhardeh and al-Sqaylabiyeh; it is very unlikely that they will be withdrawing from these government strongholds, as thousands of civilians live there.

Jihadists launch new attack to capture key town in northwest Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] The jihadist rebels launched a new attack in the northwestern countryside of the Hama Governorate on Friday, targeting the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) positions at the town of Kernaz.

Led by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
, the jihadist rebels began their attack by storming the Syrian Arab Army’s positions at both al-Hamamiyat and Kernaz.

A fierce battle would ensue following the start of the jihadist offensive; this prompted the Syrian military to send several units of reinforcements to Kernaz to prevent the area from falling to HTS.

According to a field source, the Syrian Arab Army and their allies from the National Defense Forces (NDF) were able to forestall the intended jihadist advance, while also killing several members of HTS and Jaish al-Izza.

This latest offensive by the jihadist rebels came just 15 hours after their first operation to capture to advance towards the Christian town of Mhardeh in northwestern Hama.

[ALMASDARNEWS] The former goalkeeper for the Syrian National Team was maimed in the Hama Governorate Thursday after engaging in heavy combat with the Syrian Armed Forces.

According to the opposition activists, ’Abdel-Bassit Sarout (AKA Abu Ja’afar) was maimed on Thursday evening after his Free Syrian Army
... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund...
(FSA), Jaish al-Izza, managed to capture the key hilltop of Tal Malah.

The opposition activists reported that Sarout is expected to make a quick recovery, but did not specify what his injuries were.

Sarout was a popular fixture in the early protests in Syria, as he often joined the demonstrations in his hometown of Homs.

The former goalkeeper later joined the Free Syrian Army to take part in the armed conflict inside Syria.

Syrian Army retakes first town lost to jihadist forces in northwest Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) launched a counter-offensive in northwestern Hama this morning after losing several areas to the jihadist rebels overnight.

Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army began the counter-offensive by launching a heavy attack on the town of Kafr Houd.

According to a source near the front-lines, the Syrian Arab Army was able to retake Kafr Houd after a short battle with the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
.

The source added that the jihadist rebels are not putting up much of a fight around Tal Malah, as they have mostly pulled back their troops after a successful attack last night.

Should the jihadist rebels lose all the territory they gained last night, their offensive would still be considered successful. The bully boyz managed to kill over 30 soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army and National Defense Forces, giving them a major morale boost after several setbacks in northwestern Hama.

Syrian Army killed 120 militants during HTS offensive in NW Hama: Russia
[ALMASDARNEWS] Militants from the *Hayat Tahrir al-Sham
terror group launched an offensive late on Thursday. At least 500 Death Eaters with the support of armored vehicles and tanks, attacked Syrian army positions near the towns of Jabin and Tal Melh, according to Maj. Gen. Viktor Kupchishin, commander of the Russian center for Syrian reconciliation.

"While repelling the attack, Syrian government forces killed over 120 Death Eaters and destroyed five tanks, three IFV, nine off-road vehicles, a multiple-launch rocket system and two mortars", Kupchishin said at a daily briefing.

The Russian general also said that on 7 June armed opposition groups from the Idlib de-escalation zone launched attacks on the positions of government forces near the towns of Karnaz and Hamamiyat in Hama province.

According to Kupchishin, about 80 gunnies and seven pickup trucks participated in the attack on Karnaz. About 60 gunnies took part in the attack on Hamamiyat with the support of two tanks, an IFV and a pickup truck.

"While repelling the attacks by armed opposition groups, the Syrian Arab Republic armed forces destroyed more than 20 holy warriors, a tank and two pickup trucks", he concluded.

In early May, Death Eaters increased the frequency of attacks on the Syrian provinces of Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia. They also attempted attacks on Syrian army positions in the region. Government forces have responded by attacking terrorist formations in Idlib province. Syrian forces are targeting Nusra Front terrorist group depots, artillery positions, and observation posts.

Northwestern Idlib is reportedly still home to around 30,000 button men, including foreign mercenaries, and gunnies of the Nusra Front terror group.

Syrian Army rolls back jihadist gains, nearly all territory retaken
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has now retaken almost all of the territory they lost to the jihadist rebels last night, a source from the military told al-Masdar moments ago.

The source said the Syrian Arab Army recently just expelled the jihadist rebels from the key hilltop of Tal Malah. Tal Malah overlooks the main road linking the two government strongholds of Mhardeh and Sqaylabiyeh.

Since they launched their counter-offensive, the Syrian Arab Army has managed to retake the town of Kafr Houd and the large hilltop of Tal Malah. The Syrian Army is now attacking the small town of Jibeen, which was the first site captured by the jihadist forces last night.

Despite the successful counter-offensive, the Syrian Arab Army still suffered a large number of casualties the night before. According to a source, the corpse count from the jihadist attack has exceeded 30.

Jihadist corpses fill the battlefield after failed offensive in northwestern Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] A number of jihadists were killed by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) on Friday as they attempted to capture the key town of Kernaz in northwestern Hama.

According to a field report from the Hama Governorate, the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
Death Eaters attempted to replicate their success on Thursday by storming a key army point.

However,
the man who has no enemies isn't anybody and has never done anything...
the jihadist offensive would end in disaster as several Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham fighters were killed during the first hours of their offensive at Kernaz.

In a short video released by the Syrian military, many jihadist corpses can be seen at the battle lines following Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s withdrawal from the area on Friday afternoon.

Turkish-backed rebels hit Syrian jet with anti-aircraft missile in Idlib
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Ottoman Turkish-backed National Liberation Front
...the Turkic paramilitaries intended to replace with their native jihadi ferocity all the highly trained Turkish soldiers Sultan Erdogan I the much beloved has jailed in the last few years for not worshipping the ground he walks upon. The Uighurs and so forth who did not join Al Nusra or ISIS seem to have ended up here...
(NLF) struck a Syrian fighter jet with an anti-aircraft missile (i.e. MANPADS) while it was flying a sortie over the Idlib Governorate on Friday.

According to a military report, the Ottoman Turkish-backed rebels clipped a Syrian Air Force Su-22 jet in southwest Idlib, but the fighter pilot was able to maintain control of the warplane and return the aircraft to its home base.

The Ottoman Turkish-backed rebels, specifically the Free Syrian Army
... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund...
(FSA), have used MANPADS in the past to shoot down Syrian Air Force jets and helicopters.

While it is not clear where the murderous Moslems received all of the MANPADS in their arsenal, some of them were seized from the Syrian military during the first years of the conflict.

The bad boy MANPADS have proven effective in the past, especially against some of the Syrian Air Force’s older aircraft.
