Major media companies such as ABC, NBC, and CBS confirmed they will be cooperating to ensure every news story and piece of entertainment is selectively chosen and edited to hide the truth, skew reality, and tell a narrative of racism and discrimination.
"It's the right thing to do," said one NBC producer.
Sources confirmed that once racism has successfully caused the dismantling of America's legal system, they will move on to climate change to dismantle America's economic system.

Asa man, I used to think I was pretty much just a regular person, but I was born white, into a two-parent household which now, whether I like it or not, makes me “Privileged”, a racist & responsible for slavery.
I am a fiscal & moral conservative, which by today’s standards, makes me a fascist because I plan, budget & support myself.
I went to High School, got in some college, got a degree & have always held a job. But I now find out that I am not here because I earned it, but because I was “advantaged”.
I am heterosexual, which according to “gay" folks, now makes me a homophobe. I am not a Muslim, which now labels me as an infidel.
I believe in the 2nd Amendment, which makes me a de facto member of the “vast NRA gun lobby”.
I am older than 70, making me a useless eater who doesn’t understand Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat.
I think & I reason, and I doubt much of what the “main stream" media tells me, which makes me a "Right-wing conspiracy nut”. I am proud of my heritage & our inclusive American culture, making me a xenophobe.
I believe in hard work, fair play, & fair compensation according to each individual’s merits, which today makes me an anti-socialist
I believe our system guarantees freedom of effort - not freedom of outcome or subsidies which must make me a borderline sociopath.

There are features of American wokeness that make me gasp that socialism in the U.S. is going to be worse than the USSR where I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s. The ongoing effort to transform mathematics education into a crypto-Marxist indoctrination vehicle seems like the sign of things to come.
The California Department of Education recently drafted "Equitable Math" framework that, if implemented, will destroy what’s left of mathematics education in the Golden State. Along with the directive to privilege students on the basis of sex and skin color, the proposal essentially calls for the end of math. Fox News explains, "Another document calls for centering ’ethnomathematics,’ designing a ’culturally sustainable math space,’ and supporting students ’to reclaim their mathematical ancestry.'"
...Mathematics developed over the course of centuries, and across many civilizations. Because it reveals eternal truths, it can be practiced by anyone. The purpose of a mathematics classroom is to teach students mathematics, not to confuse them with anthropological data relating to counting.

Math is not a data-driven, inductive field like the physical sciences where conclusions are reached by collecting and studying evidence. As I pointed out, because it’s deductive, math is "hermetically proofed from any ideological contamination. If physical sciences still depend on data-gathering, math does not. Feelings and subjective experiences absolutely cannot figure into mathematical inquiry." We are back to the #1 liberal problem - refusing to admit that humans differ in innate ability.

I disagree. On the face of it, the implication in this policy is that minorities are unable to learn math and that is as racist as it gets. But I don't believe the socialists are so much racists as they are socialists. By that I mean I believe this is a cynical exploitation of race to bring about the destruction of the educational system. Then, when people are too poorly educated, too ignorant to know any better, a totalitarian police state can be implemented with a minimum of resistance. Americans will then become slaves to state-run globalist industries in much the same way as the Chinese people are today.

The fact that I cannot do as you suggest, grom, is not proof that blacks and/or other minorities are unable to learn math. Nor does it mean that we should dismantle our educational system and thereby pave the way for socialism.

(a) Not all the minorities - just one.
(b) Concerning that specific minority - do you have an evidence to the contrary. In fact, not just in math - can you produce any evidence that two generation of (extreme) preference produced an intellectual flourishing among African-Americans (public sector jobs don't count)?

Given that African-Americans average about 50% Caucasian, the race argument is built on an unsteady foundation. Growing up in poverty and in a culture that decrees that studying hard and observing the bourgeois virtues is a race betrayal are much stronger handicaps, it seems to me. Watching the brief video of the vice president’s little speech of welcome, it’s clear she was very uncomfortable in the role, and is likely deeply regretting the bargain that got her there. And then the president missed the meeting altogether, only showing up over an hour late to the press conference afterward — if they have the PM Abe’s hotel room bugged, the transcript will no doubt be educational.

[Legal Insurrection] The bottom line: If the verdict were based solely on the legal merits, the facts and law in this case, were I personally a juror I would have more than enough reasonable doubt to be unable to vote guilty on any of these criminal charges, for all the reasons of fact and law that I detail below.
That said, this case left the "facts and law" train station quite some time ago, making where it will end up largely unpredictable in any realistic sense, especially given the political and social dynamics looking to drive this train clear off the rails

Once again, my former home town covers itself in glory. Getting burned out of that now shithole in 2017 has turned out be quite the blessing. It was once a beautiful town. The Dems took care of that as they tend to do.

Nobody knows what the jury will do. It's fun to make predictions, but the predictions are close to worthless.
Once the jury retires, the next thing we are likely to hear from them is a series of notes asking for clarification of the instructions given by the judge. Those notes will be dissected and poured over like Japanese radio traffic on the eve of Midway.
But I think Rambler #3 is right. The situation reminds me of The Guns of August, where the armies have been mobilized and are spoiling for a fight. The jury verdict will be like one last diplomatic communique before the armies cross the frontiers.
An interesting issue is how the judge will handle the announcement of the verdict. I don't know what Minnesota law allows, but you would hope the judge is able to allow the jurors to be removed to an undisclosed location (like New Zealand) before the verdict is made public.

And these are children who have been allowed, by design, to throw a temper-tantrum in the china shop for months-on-end. When the rod comes - which it must one-way or another, and reality hit them in the face hard, it will get very ugly very fast.
Instead, selection will be made based on group membership, declared gender identity, and also some affirmative action to redress un-enumerated historical grievances.

What I came away with from covering criminal court back in the day is that if I was charged with something serious that I did not do, I would take my chances with the judge. Crime reporters (when being honest) all have more horror stories about the casual stupidity of jurors than a grizzly bear has hairs on its hide.

Almost exactly 1 year ago I wrote an article on how a team of researchers at Uppsala University had adapted Ferguson’s UK model to Sweden, and yielded preposterous results — e.g. a prediction of over 90K dead if they did not go into lockdowns. My article made waves over in the UK, and Ferguson himself was grilled about it in testimony before the House of Lords. This caused Imperial College to fire off a bunch of tweets and statements disavowing any connection to the Uppsala adaptation of their model. It wasn’t their product, they insisted, and Imperial itself had never claimed between 40-100K deaths would result in Sweden
Well guess what. On March 26, 2020 the Imperial team released an update to its Covid model labeled as "Report 12" on its website. Buried deep in a spreadsheet appendix file, they included the results of their own runs of their same model for dozens of other countries...including Sweden. I reproduce a screenshot of it below from the spreadsheet. Their results were almost identical to what the Uppsala team got, including a top-end projection of 90,157 deaths if Sweden did not go into lockdown.

I should probably add that the masks may also have reduced flu deaths but increased suicides from depression and also probably increased fentanyl and other opioid overdose deaths.

Currently after vaccine reinfection rates far more lethal. Permanently impaired auto-immune host. In my area a late forty fellow got his vaccine late afternoon. He was in perfect health. Then at 2AM he experienced a heart attack. Then to hospital where he experienced three more heart attacks and was declared brain dead. Autopsy showed cause of death blood clots. He had received the J&J vaccine. His wife being a ICU or CCU nurse was able to get the vaccine early as with her husband. She suffered no ill effects.
89 year old woman who's son was in charge of care was bypassed by her physician and was given the vaccine. Son was quite perturbed. Physician wanted to prescribe highly addictive pain killer medicine but son declined the suggestion. Son requested medical marijuana route as that is his treatment for severe episodes of pain from a car accident years ago with necessary spinal fusion. So now she just requested that treatment course of action.

My wife posited that theory a month ago, to which I replied, "Then why don't those measures work on COVID?"
