[Culturcidal] What does make someone a "useful" member of society? That is not an easy question for a variety of reasons that go well beyond not just agreeing about the answer. In fact, in a nation as hyper-individualistic as the United States, a lot of people don’t feel like that’s an appropriate question to ask in the first place. Their answer would be some version of, "It’s not anyone’s job to be useful to the country. People don’t owe anybody anything except themselves." In other words, it’s sort of the opposite of John F. Kennedy’s famous quote:

Gee, a few jabs of the Fauci Flu vaccine and a few trips to the IC with some of Fauci's favorite juice Remdesivir just might reduce the rolls of Social Security recipients, much to the delight of the DC cognoscenti.
[Townhall] Any day now, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue rulings in a pair of landmark cases Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) has brought forth against Harvard and the University of North Carolina, alleging that their race-based college admissions practices actively discriminate against high-achieving students who don't fit the woke mold, often Asian American applicants.
Townhall has conducted a series of sitdown interviews, in the lead-up to the much-anticipated SCOTUS decisions, with Asian American community members outraged over the Ivy League's racial gatekeeping and affirmative action's trickle-down effects, now seeping into suburbia. As an affront to the race-obsessed Left's forever war on meritocracy, and in unyielding defense of the American Dream, which we, like many, believe is well worth fighting for, here are their firsthand accounts from the frontline:

The left has been using the long time it takes to move these issues through the courts. Implement a new 'regulation' and it'll take 20 years to overturn it.

So some Asian person wins their right to attend Harvard and then gets registered for their mandatory Freshman BLM indoctrination seminar taught by Brian Stelter’s graduate assistant. Who really wins?

[NYP with Jesse Waters] Woke governance that has sent profits spiraling at companies like Anheuser-Busch and Target often begins with lefty investment firms pressuring them to push products their way, an ex-top Anheuser-Busch exec said.
During an appearance on Fox News’ "Jesse Watters Primetime," Anson Frericks said behind-the-scenes politicking from firms like New York-based BlackRock and Pennsylvania-based Vanguard spur many of the controversial decisions sparking nationwide boycotts from longtime more conservative customers — such as the ill-fated Bud Light promotion with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney
He said BlackRock, Vanguard, and another firm, State Street, manage about $20 trillion in capital and use their clout to promote agenda politics being pushed on them by progressive lawmakers overseeing government pension funds that the companies profit from.

Rubbing out the entire CEI accreditation infrastructure should rank right behind cleaning up voting nationwide for anyone who truly cares about this country.

The urban left has been working on this for fifty years. The Rural Purge was a trial balloon. When CBS didn't go bankrupt, they knew they could get away with anything. We are at the end of a different long march.

It is like the ERIC system. There has to be action in the red states or there is no fight.

Reaping what was sown with all those bank and investment bail outs, where they sold assets at pennies on the dollar and the taxpayer absorbed the losses.

Funny. All these DEI experts weren’t worried about the low score of Epstein’s employees when they visited his island. It was Snow White, Cinderella and the original Ariel. There wasn’t any Jasmine, Lilo, Mulan, Tiana or Dylan on the payroll. I think The View ought to do a segment on that hypocrisy.

This is why each day we hear of another company having gone woke while others continue to dig their fiscal graves. None of this is organic.

The effing teachers unions put pressure on the investment firms.
"Public Sector" unions must be decertified by Federal Law under RICO statutes.
[FoxNews] "1) Divide the nation philosophically.
2) Foment racial strife.
3) Cause distrust of police authority.
4) Swarm the nation’s borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally.
5) Engender the military strength to weaken it.
6) Overburden citizens with more unfair taxation.
7) Encourage civil rioting and discourage accountability for all crime.
8) Control all balloting.
9) Control all media."

Getting censored and banned from Fakebook is not a big deal. There are now other avenues for publication and dissemination. I dumped FB and my life is better for having done so.
Zuckerberg can shove his FB where the light don't shine.

I've never had a Fartbook or Instagram account and never will. And when friends send me links of photos or whatever from their FB accounts, I won't even open them because those assholes demand you accept their cookies.
Or like a phone I bought in 2018. I deleted most of the unnecessary apps which were preloaded, but alas! I was not permitted to delete the FB app.
Goddamn how I hate FB.
P.S. - And let's not forget that Instagram was selling users' personal info a year or so ago. Scum.

I have a girlfriend who enjoys stormy confrontation. For the past decade or so she has regularly had to announce being given time-outs by Facebook — and several times she’s been banned, thereafter setting up a new identity, sending out friend invites to her regular circle, and carrying on as if it never happened.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
