Panicked CIA Turns to PR Firm (Disinformation Central) The New York Times
[PJ] Panicked CIA turns to their PR firm The New York Times to get in front of DoJ investigations

The intelligence community's crisis communication firm, The New York Times, spun into action yesterday, "reporting" that A.G. Barr is going to investigate the CIA's participation in the RUSSIA-collusion hoax.

Before I get into the details of this press release written by and published in the NYT, take a moment and ask yourselves, should there be oversight for the CIA? Who conducts that oversight? The CIA "sources" referenced in the NYT press release seem a little miffed that some folks want to check their math.

According to the press release:
The ties between the efforts by the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. to examine Russia’s election interference are broader. In the summer of 2016, the intelligence community formed a task force housed at the C.I.A. to investigate Russian interference. The group shared intelligence with F.B.I. investigators who opened the bureau’s Russia inquiry in an effort to determine whether any Americans were working with the Russians on their interference during the election.

What about CIA activity before "the summer of 2016"? This is the time period when some foreign intel assets were recording and trying to entrap George Papadopoulos (Papa-D.) Papa-D met with a fake "RUSSIAN spy" (but likely Western intelligence asset) Joseph Mifsud in April 2016. Now the pretend story is that after Papa-D met with Mifsud and "learned" the RUSSIANS had dirt on Hillary, he shared that information with Australian diplomat/spy Alexander Downer and a honey pot in May. Downer waited until July ("the summer of 2016") to tell the U.S. and that kicked off the counterintelligence investigation. Why would a Western asset like Mifsud, who trains spies in Italy at The Link, tell a low-level volunteer what he "heard" about the RUSSIANS? Did the CIA deploy Mifsud to fish Papa-D back in April? Was it that punk Brennan? The British spooks? Let's find out.

#2  The ties between the efforts by the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. to examine Russia’s election
They were not examining or investigating, they were coconspirators in trying to influence an election, the very thing they accused the Russians of trying to do.

On the Moral and Legal Status of Islam in the United States
[AmericanThinker] Last week, Hungarian leader Viktor Orban and Canada’s leading intellectual, Jordan Peterson, met to lambast illegal immigration and political correctness which they believe make sensible public discussions impossible. Peterson also made a noteworthy claim worth thinking about. He said that Islam is not compatible with democracy and that this issue has been barred from public discussion.

I believe Peterson is correct. Islam is not only incompatible with democracy. It is inimical to America’s fundamental values and principles. More important, it is in violation of the United States Constitution. It is time for the United States to take a pre-emptive strike against a moral and political ideology whose stated goal is the abolition of our political system.
Not just USA, Islam and its adherents are enemies general of the humankind - to be dealt with as wolves are.

#2  You should watch the first episode of Ghoul, a netflix series with an islamophiliac bent, showing poor muslims (boo hoo hoo) hiding their faith in an Orwellian furure where only muslims are persecuted.

While the series is shit, I think the concept is rather appealing.

Walmart Self-Checkout Machine Wins Employee Of The Month Award Again
[Babylon Bee] RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA‐A self-checkout machine at a local Walmart store was selected to be honored as the employee of the month for the fifty-second month in a row, sources confirmed Thursday.

The checkout machine was recognized for its speedy service, inability to make mathematical errors, and lack of making small talk with customers.

"Honestly, Checkout Machine #5 is a dream employee," said store manager Glen Anderson. "#5 never complains, never calls in sick, never makes annoying small talk."

The machine didn't make a single error the entire month, yet again, worked full shifts all thirty-one days of the month, and never once took a smoke or lunch break. Customers, especially those with just a few items, reported they had delightful interactions with the employee and were able to get in the store and get out with little hassle thanks to Machine #5.

"It's the poster boy for how we want our employees to act around here and the kind of attitude everyone should have."

Sarah Hoyt: Those Who Will Not See
[accordingtohoyt.com] When our time is looked at in history, future historians — if there are any — will be torn between laughing their heads off and disgust.

Recently fell across someone on FB who thought the West had started the crusades against “peaceful” Islam, just out of how evil and imperialistic we were, just because.

This person has a university degree.

When told how wrong she was, she fell back on how the past is unknowable.

You know these are things she was taught, at great expense and effort. Further, her teachers inculcated in her the idea she was so smart and special, the culmination of all intelligence and knowledge in the history of man, which prevents this person and her cohorts from ever examining what they were taught in the light of reason. I mean, they don’t want to come to different conclusions, and thereby become “stupid”.
Head to the title link
Ms Hoyt is always worth reading.

#2  The really sad thing is Venezuala is a perfect example of socialist failure and they wont' see it.

CNN Reporter: CIA ‘Operates in Their Own World,' You Don't Investigate Them
[Breitbart] Appearing Wednesday on CNN Tonight with host Don Lemon, network reporter Shimon Prokupecz expressed concerned over a report stating the Department of Justice seeks to interview senior CIA officials as part of Attorney General William Barr’s review of the origins of the FBI investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

DON LEMON: You know this New York Times report mentioned that the Justice Department is now questioning CIA officers as they review this Russia investigation, which is?

SHIMON PROKUPECZ: It’s troubling because it’s not ‐ you don’t do this. The CIA kind of operates in their own world. And for the Department of Justice to start begin questioning CIA agents, people who work there, questioning their work. You know for me I think what all this comes down to is former CIA director, John Brennan. I know the president obviously has been very unhappy with the way John Brennan has behaved since he left office. I think it goes back to that.

He’s very concerned about the information and how some of the information that the CIA had really may not have been stood up. They couldn’t verify a lot of the information. And the CIA, certainly John Brennan, was sounding a lot of alarms to Congress saying something’s going on here. I know he was talking to people at the FBI at the time concerned something was going on. But what we’re seeing from the Attorney General right now is that he’s saying that they with were acting on a lot of information that he’s concerned was not verified, there was no there, there. And perhaps they were overreacting and therefore caused other people to start reacting like the FBI and so it’s very ‐ this is we’re in an extremely unprecedented time in terms of when you have Department of Justice officials now questioning CIA agents and analysts.

#1  The CIA went rogue quite some time ago. They obey nobody, certainly not the elected US government. Why do you think we keep starting wars that literally nobody supports?

#2  Wow. CNN seems to have abandoned the ‘nobody is above the law’ siren very quickly.

Since he left office? How about we take it back, lets say 20 years or so ?
