Montgomery County Reverses Sanctuary Policy After String of Illegal Immigrants Charged With Rape
[NTD] A county in Maryland has partially reversed a sanctuary policy just three months after it was passed. The move comes after a string of illegal immigrants have been charged with rape in Montgomery County.

The policy banned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials from accessing secure portions of Montgomery County jail. It’s reversal, which was effectively immediately, means ICE can now access "identified areas" of the jail to "ensure that transfers are conducted in a safe environment."

The policy says ICE must submit an immigration detainer and arrive at the jail an hour before the inmate is set to be released, reported WJLA. If ICE fails to comply for whatever reason, the county will release the illegal immigrant into the community, just as the county was doing before, regardless of the crime the person has been charged with.

According to the station, the discharge time can take anywhere between less than an hour to half a day, depending on several factors such as the number of jail staff, population of the inmates at that particular jail, and home verification checks.

Law enforcement sources told WJLA that local and federal authorities in Montgomery County cooperated in the transfer of an individual on Oct. 21.

Minneapolis man fraudulently signed 13 absentee ballots
[KSTP] A warrant has been issued for a Minneapolis man who is accused of fraudulently signing absentee ballots as a witness.

Abdihakim Amin Essa, 22, is wanted on 13 counts of intentionally making or signing a false certificate, according to a document filed in Hennepin County District Court on Thursday.

The court filing alleges that on July 30, 2018, two election workers at the Hennepin County Election Center claimed to have seen Essa, who was working as an election "helper" to voter registrants and absentee voters, bring a woman in for registration. The woman did not have the right identification to register and was told to come back. When she returned with a different "helper," the address on her voter registration had changed.

The election workers then found Essa and asked him about the discrepancy in addresses. He told them that he had been signing absentee ballots by signing his father's name, Amin Aar, because he was not a U.S. citizen. Essa also admitted to working for a campaign, according to the document. One of the election workers later confirmed that Essa's father was a registered voter.
According to MPR News, Essa's father is a citizen. Why is his son merely a permanent resident?
Election officials then inspected an estimated 9,000 ballots in search of envelopes that Essa had signed either as himself or in his father's name, the court filing states. They were able to find 13 such absentee ballots, which were then discarded. The affected voters were sent letters telling them their ballots had been rejected and they would need to vote again.

The Minneapolis police sergeant who filed the complaint in court was not able to find Essa on two different dates. He is still not in jug.
Alpha News MN editorializes:
The facts of this case are shocking. Already, we’ve just learned that one non-citizen can fraudulently vouch for at least 13 people to vote—who clearly were not citizens themselves. And the falsifying of the 13 absentee ballots was only caught because election officials knew to look for Essa’s name, due to his brazenly suspicious activity. How easy is it to cast an absentee ballot? How many other absentee ballots are falsified and never caught?

Even more troubling is the connection between Essa and what appears to be an organized scheme to commit voter fraud. Why aren’t prosecutors looking into the politician, and political party, that Essa was working for? Did the candidate or the party know about this organized effort?

This comes as the Minnesota Voters Alliance (MVA) is suing Minnesota’s Democrat Secretary of State Steve Simon for voter registration data that could help show the extent of voter fraud in Minnesota. Simon, in contravention of state law, has been refusing to release that information.

Many claim, without evidence, that fraudulent voting doesn’t exist, and that instances such as this are isolated incidences. But the people who make these claims really don’t know, because nobody knows for sure. But we should know for sure.

I'd thought one year but I don't want the Dems to have every voter do one fake. Need the penalty to be a deterrent.

Since Democrats believe only Republicans try to steal elections they should be easy to convince to get behind such a law.

Adam Schiff Calls His First Public Witnesses And It Tells Us Everything
Public hearings are finally about to begin in Adam Schiff’s "impeachment inquiry" and he’s called his first three witnesses. Who he’s choosing to march out first tells you everything about the game the Democrats are trying to play.

The names? Bill Taylor, Marie Yovanovitch, and George Kent.

The problem? Not a single one of these "witnesses" had any direct line to Donald Trump at all. None of them received any order from the President to do anything, by their own admission. Further, nothing in their previous testimony pointed to them having any secondary knowledge of an improper quid pro quo involving Joe Biden.

What these witnesses do provide is political fodder. Take Bill Taylor. Despite admitting the only evidence he had for his impressions was an article in The New York Times, he testified that he felt an improper quid pro quo was taking place.

...Former Amb. Marie Yovanovitch is another witness big on flash but low on relevancy. Her only use to Schiff is to proclaim she felt targeted by Trump and that he wanted her out of her position (something well within her power Trump's authority?). In her past testimony, she says she had no knowledge of any quid pro quo arrangement, so what is she going to actually add of value?

...As for George Kent, his contribution is to claim he was sidelined from policy altogether, which is apparently impeachable because bureaucrats run the country or something.

...But more importantly, notice the names not on the list to headline this thing. Kurt Volker and Gordon Sondland. Why not have the people most closely connected with Trump, who would possibly know of any official decree, testify instead of a bunch of people repeating assumptions and hearsay?

The answer is that they didn’t give Schiff what he wanted. Sondland revised his testimony this week to say he felt a quid pro quo (but not even necessarily an improper one) was "likely," but also admitted it was pure presumption on his part. He testified he was given no order regarding the matter and had no idea why the aid was actually on hold.

Volker, who was the closet up the chain to Trump, has point blank said there was no improper arrangement to his knowledge.

Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin requests recanvass of Tuesday's vote, cites state history of vote fraud
[WCPO] Andy Beshear is moving on with transition.

Gov. Matt Bevin cited Kentucky's "history of vote fraud" and "a number of reported irregularities" in Tuesday's voting in explaining why he requested a recanvass of the vote count, which shows him trailing Andy Beshear by just over 5,000 votes.

Kentuckians know "there's more than a little history of vote fraud in our state," Bevin said Wednesday afternoon at the Governor's Mansion.

The Coup has started - Atty for a whistleblower.
Another popular subject. Thanks to Thamble Omins9157 and Lex, who also submitted articles.
Wikipedia on Mark Zaid

[Fox News] Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately."

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters."

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House.

The tweets, which came shortly after President Trump fired then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates for failing to defend federal laws in court, are likely to fuel Republican concerns that the anonymous whistleblower's complaint is tainted with partisanship. Trump's call with Ukraine's leader, which is the subject of the complaint, occurred in July 2019.

“The whistleblower’s lawyer gave away the game," the Trump campaign's communications director, Tim Murtaugh. told Fox News. "It was always the Democrats’ plan to stage a coup and impeach President Trump and all they ever needed was the right scheme. They whiffed on Mueller so now they’ve settled on the perfectly fine Ukraine phone call. This proves this was orchestrated from the beginning.”

Trump has repeatedly accused Democrats and partisans in the intelligence community of effectively plotting a coup against him, through selective leaks and lengthy investigations.

"45 years from now we might be recalling stories regarding the impeachment of @realDonaldTrump. I'll be old, but will be worth the wait," Zaid wrote in June 2017.

He emphasized his interest in impeachment in a variety of other posts.

"Johnson (1868), Nixon (1973), Clinton (1998) impeachment hearings. Next up @realDonaldTrump (2017)," he said in May.

Fox News has previously reported on social media posts by Zaid that highlighted what appeared to be open animus toward the president.

Although Zaid described Democratic House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., as a "mature professional," and circulated articles that touted the reliability of the largely discredited Steele dossier used by the FBI to surveil a former member of Trump's campaign, Zaid has repeatedly unloaded on the president in no uncertain terms.

#1  I believe that the Democrats know they cannot really 'catch Trump' at some wrongdoing and impeach him rightfully. Nor can they turn the GOP against him.

No, their tactic is that of mob enforcers, labour unionists. Implicit in these attempts is a threat to American electorates, voters themselves - if you elect anyone but a Democrat, the entrenched federal lackeys and staff will make governance impossible for the President. Media circuses powering unrest, federal freezes, dragging on legislation and frivolous litigation, House hearings and a microscopic scrutiny of all White House activity. They'll reduce it to something other than a Presidency if a Democrat cannot occupy the position.

It's an attempt to not only usurp unaccountable power, but to coerce a nation into letting go of its constitution defined status, bit by bit. In the end, who knows ? They might wish to form ...an American Union with neighboring countries ? Everyone under the new Socialist umbrella, fed of American resources ? With their thought pattern, anything is possible.

#2  Impossible to deny that this whole affair is an embarrassment.

Petty, foolish, with clownishly inept tactics of blatant lies, innuendo, blatant attempts to end-run established procedures and legal (due) process, standards of evidence, presumption of innocence, simple fairness etc.

More worthy of a college-town council squabble, or maybe hockey dads battling over control of a Little League organization, or schoolmom fights in your local PTA.

When you add to this clownish ineptitude the constant, 24/7 media manipulation and distortions, lies and tall tales, there's no other word that adequately captures what's going on, save

So it now appears that Mark Zaid, Esq. has a fetish for little girls.

Fortunately for those who still care about things like integrity, character, decency etc, this shithead's YouTube account has now been archived by a diligent blogger. His take:

The Internet has a long memory. In fact, it’s eight years too long for the Ukraine whistleblower’s lawyer Mark Zaid. That was the last time he had activity on his YouTube page, and the three videos he liked at the time are pretty creepy. It seems the lawyer really enjoyed watching videos about the “prettiest” Disney Channel stars, including a video that tracks Selena Gomez from childhood.

Washington State may have defeated leftist move to gut anti quota law
[Q13Fox] OLYMPIA, Wash. -- A measure that reinstates the use of affirmative action in state employment, contracting and admission to public colleges and universities was narrowly losing Tuesday night in early returns.

Referendum 88 asked people whether they wanted to approve or reject Initiative 1000, which was passed by the Legislature in April. I-1000 amends current statutes that prohibit state government from discriminating against or giving preferential treatment to individuals or groups based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in public employment, public education, or public contracting.

While it was passing in King County, the state's most populous, it was being rejected in most other areas.
The left put tricky wording in the proposition to hide the fact that it would gut previous law and also it required a 'no' on the proposition to do this. The pro quota people outspent the anti quota people by about 10-1 and the pro quota side had numerous endorsements from newspapers, politicians and big biz. Lot of votes yet to count so this is not over

A country like India was crippled in her very early years by pro-Quota laws, relegating us to remain the third world probably forever. Only the parts of govt that did not allow for Quotas remained dependable. The rest is all a pigsty of corruption and incompetence.

Louisiana Democrat Gov. John Bel Edwards Freed 1.9K Convicts; 14 Percent Committed More Crimes within First Year
[BREITBART] Louisiana Democrat Gov. John Bel Edwards ‐ running for reelection November 16 ‐ has released more than 1,900 convicted criminals from prison since 2017, and more than 14 percent immediately returned to a life of crime.

In 2017, Edwards signed into a law a series of criminal justice bills to reduce prison population in Louisiana to focus primarily on violent offenders and less on those deemed "non-violent" drug offenders. Often, though, violent criminals plead down to lesser drug charges to avoid large prison sentences.

Since then, the Louisiana Department of Corrections has said that about 1,952 convicts have been released from prisons in the state.

And while Edwards’ criminal justice plan was sold as a way to rehabilitate criminals, state officials have said 14.25 percent of those nearly 2,000 released went on to commit more crime within their first year of release.

State officials do not track the released convicts’ criminal records for more than a year after release, indicating that more may have committed additional crimes this year, but that data is not available.

In one case, 33-year-old King Edward Ellis was convicted in 2017 of drunk driving and killing 18-year-old Jordan Prince. Prince had graduated high school 12 days before the crash that killed him. Ellis was sentenced to 15 years in prison but ended up only serving 18 months for Prince’s death and was released from prison early.

Alleged ‘Whistleblower’ Eric Ciaramella Worked Closely with Anti-Trump Dossier Hoaxer
[BREITBART] Eric Ciaramella, whom Real Clear Investigations suggests is the likely so-called whistleblower, was part of an B.O. regime email chain celebrating the eventual signing of a $1 billion U.S. loan guarantee to Ukraine.

That and other emails show Ciaramella interfaced about Ukraine with individuals who played key roles in facilitating the infamous anti-Trump dossier produced by Fusion GPS and reportedly financed by Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away...
’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee. One of those individuals, then-Assistant Secretary of State for Europe
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
an Affairs Victoria Nuland (pictured), received updates on Ukraine issues from dossier author Remington Christopher Steele in addition to Nuland’s direct role in the dossier controversy.

Also part of the email chains was Christopher J. Anderson, who was a special adviser to former special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker. Anderson testified to the Democrat-led House committees running the impeachment inquiry.

Ciaramella’s name comes up in six Obama-era government emails that were released by the State Department as part of two previous Freedom of Information Act requests. At the time of the exchanges, Ciaramella served as the Director for Baltic and Eastern European Affairs for the Obama-era National Security Council, where he worked on Ukraine policy. He is now an analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency.

One email, titled, "Loan Guarantee," involved Nuland, who was reportedly a key champion of the Ukraine loan guarantee policy.

"Hurray," a celebratory Nuland wrote in response to a translated Ukrainian government announcement about the signing of the $1 billion loan guarantee. The announcement singles out Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020...
as being present for the conclusion of an agreement leading to the loan guarantee.

Ciaramella was one of several people CC’d in the email, which was sent from the U.S. ambassador at the time, Geoffrey Pyatt, who was another key champion of the loan guarantee to Ukraine along with Nuland.

The email is one of several that shows Ciaramella in the loop with brass hats such as Nuland working on Ukraine policy under the B.O. regime.

#5  Nah, g(r)om. He won't do something so obvious as Epstein did - in a locked cell, where nobody was watching.
He will shoot himself in the back of the head three times, then hang himself.

#6  If any good comes of this, perhaps the American people will finally realize the complete and utter incompetence of the people who direct and manage our foreign policy and intel and law enforcement agencies, and demand a clean sweep of these maroons.

Shut down the CIA.
Replace the top brass at DOJ and FBI.
Start over with truly apolitical, truly expert foreign policy analysts and lawyers.

Trump to kick off 100th Veterans Day parade in NYC on Monday
[NYPOST] President Trump will be the first president to kick off New York City’s Veterans Day Parade, the White House announced Wednesday.

Trump will address the 100th Annual Opening Ceremony of the parade on Monday and then will lay a wreath at the Eternal Light Memorial at Madison Square Park.

As a private citizen, Trump stepped up to raise or donate large sums of money when the parade was struggling. The New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reported that in 1995 Trump agreed to give $200,000 and wanted to be named parade grand marshal in return, though it appears he never held that honor.
Oh, noze! Quid pro quoze!
In 1985, Trump also made a $1 million donation to create a Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 55 Water St.

"The President has been great supporter of our veterans and indeed this parade here in New York City for more than 25 years," said Bill White, 2019 Veteran’s Day Parade co-producer. "What he is doing now as president with regard to veterans choice, funding our military, and holding them and their families in the highest regard is truly extraordinary. He is loved by our veterans for sure."
