[NationalPulse] WATCH: James O’Keefe Dials In To CNN Conference Calls, Tells Network President He’ll Release Tapes Of Editorial Calls Later TODAY
O’Keefe informed Zucker on the call that his organization had been recording the insider calls for months before inquiring "do you still feel you’re the most trusted name in news."
Zucker, failing to address O’Keefe’s question, responds "thank you for your comment. So, everybody, I think in light of that, we’ll set up a new system, and we’ll be back with you, we’ll do the rest of the call later" before appearing to end the call.
The clips are set to be released on December 1st at 7pm Eastern Time.
Per O’Keefe, Project Veritas has "clips of various producers talking, the president talking, describing their motives, describing their political philosophy, describing how they don’t cover certain things and certain political parties tell them to cover things a certain way."
Individuals including Zucker, Vice President David Chalian, Stephanie Becker, and Marcus Mabry.

Outside of a morbid curiosity to listen to this, for lack of a better term, unless Zucker is caught on tape passing out ballots and telling people to vote multiple times, what "bombshell" information/revelation will result from this? We already loathe the Clinton News Network and its left-wing brethren.

Thanks TW. You are a blessing. He live streamed butting into this morning's 9am conference call and told them everything he had on them which is in the above link. It was priceless to watch.

I'm guessing O'Keefe has Zucker et al on tape discussing how they were going make yhe Orange Man look bad and the Basement Boy look good for the upcoming 2020 election.
People generally already knew this so what's the big deal?

Being told about it by people they scorn is one thing, jpal. Seeing and hearing it all being said by CNN leadership and staff is quite something else... not to mention useful in court cases because it then is not mere hearsay.
You make me blush, dear Whaiper Thusoth4179. Ebbomoger Speaking for Boskone4589 did the real work of finding this and working up the article — I just made an executive decision about advancing it to today.

Thank you TW. But as #5 says you ARE a blessing. Tell Mr TW he is lucky.
Back in the day, conference calls were normally arranged by one person dialing up everyone elses number from the President's line. So it is interesting to know how O'Keefe got in the 9am loop.
Maybe nowadays there is a special number that people can dial that is conferences all incoming dialers into one conference call. Not sure. It has been a while since I worked within the corporate level.

Not necessarily. To use the NE Patriots sportsball accusation of spying on the opponent's locker room, its one thing to hear proponents making accusations, it would be another to have a recording of Belocheck et al discussing how to do it.
As for legal ramifications, I can only recall one time I tried to record a board meeting, nothing sinister just wanted a record without having to take notes so as to better participate in the discussion and the XO noticed, and reminded the rules were no recording unless motioned and approved. At that level, if recording would be approved, it would likely fall to one position, say Secretary.
Again, not a lawyer here, it seems unapproved recording of private conversations without knowledge or legal paperwork such as a wiretap may not be admissible in a court of law.
Now, in a court of public opinion...dirty laundry may be allowed in court if the conclusions were based on a law-legal approach of obtaining it. That is, this is a controlled environment not something like a car wreck turned road rage.
Now a Whistle-Blower Status may, and should, exempt such precludes.
And I'd bet there were a lot of britches which needed to be changed after that announcement.
There may be people outside the law, such as bookies, who would be interested in such things.
Also, there may be believers who would be persuaded.
I don't think much came legally from that NBA referee who was busted betting on a particular team but I'd bet he didn't sleep very well. I'd also guess that an Instant Replay Team is well briefed before an important game, but these people are arrogant and careless in their position. Like, for instance, Joe Buck.
[Newsweak] A member of the Proud Boys threatened an armed revolt during a "Stop the Steal" rally in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday as President Donald Trump continues to push unverified claims of widespread voter fraud in an attempt to reverse his election defeat.
Pro-Trump protests have broken out in numerous states, with demonstrators demanding a recount of votes following President-elect Joe Biden's win. Since the group's founding in 2016, several Proud Boys members have been convicted of violent crimes in their efforts to fight the left and support Trump's conservative agenda. During the first presidential debate in Ohio, the president told the group to "stand back and stand by" when asked by the moderator to condemn white supremacists and militia groups.
The Proud Boys, who viewed Trump's comment as support, celebrated on social media afterward as the president faced intense backlash, with critics accusing him of rhetoric that encourages violence. As Trump's chances of overturning the election continues to diminish, one member on Monday urged the group to "fight back" against the rigged election and Democratic COVID restrictions.
Speaking at the rally in Phoenix, Arizona—taking place outside of where Rudy Giuliani was meeting with GOP lawmakers to cast doubt on Trump's loss in the state—one member told the crowd, "It is the moment that we've got to fight back."
"At the moment, we're free. But the moment they start trying to take our Constitution is the moment the Second Amendment kicks in," he said. "It's the moment where we've got to start telling them, we're not taking it anymore.
"We're not going to 'stand back and stand by' anymore. We're standing up and going after you if you come after us," the man added.

Open armed revolt is not the way to go. Targeted direct kinetic action against the perpetrators, at all levels of involvement is the way to commence.

As opposed to six months of arrests by the other side in Portland, etc.

The difference is that in Portland, the rioters don't get convicted because the DA drops the charges.

So who is the worse perp in the riots in Portland? The rioters and their handlers, the mayor, or the DA?

MSM won't cover blamtifa riots but I'd bet dollars to donuts they'll scream bloody murder about this. I think it is unwise, possibly illegal, to telegraph your intentions this way.
Another problem is that all bets are off when the shooting starts. You never know what the outcome will be. Even if the left is defeated there is no assurance we will get the same form of government we have now. I have this fear that it might already be too late to stop it.

Just an observation dealing with criminal activity and rehab:
After 6 burglaries, 3 car thefts, multiple illegal trespasses, an ongoing cocaine and alcohol addiction, committing 2 violent home invasions, 3 armed robberies, dealing Fentanyl and Meth, passing counterfeit money, beating 4 victims senseless and being arrested 23 times since 1998, George Floyd hasn’t committed a crime in over five months now…

Back in 2017, Ossoff ran—and lost—the most expensive House campaign in history for Georgia’s 6th district. At the time, anti-Trump MSNBC host Joe Scarborough decried Ossoff as a "Bernie Sanders socialist." He was not wrong.
On Saturday, Bernie tweeted his support for Ossoff in the upcoming Georgia special election for the U. S. Senate.
If it is a right, then others are required to provide it, making doctors and nurses the property of the state. Health care is a transaction between those who worked hard to acquire skills and knowledge, and those who need what they know. Much like plumbing.

Governor Ducey is as about as inept a politician as one can find. However, he is approved by the McCain wing which still controls the Republicans and has given us such miserable failures as McSally and Flake.

Ducey is a complete failure. He folded to the McCain wing and certified the vote while "his" legislators were conducting a hearing on the fraud. Maricopa county had 135% of the registered votes set for Biden, and no flags???? How many of the Maricopa county legislators were at the hearing??? ZERO! We are now the eastern province of CA.

Bull.
That said, doesn't a ruling have to be made before challenge to such ruling can be filed?
It is interesting, so many ready to put their name on a false statement.
