FATA JI secretary condemns Angoor Adda shootout
Jamaat-e-Islami Federally Administrated Tribal Areas Deputy Secretary Zar Noor Afridi condemned the Pakistan Army's operations at Angor Adda in the South Waziristan Agency. He said many Afghan Tajiks were killed in the operation even though they had nothing to do with Taliban or Al Qaeda. The JI leader said many of the Tajiks killed had been born in South Waziristan. Mr Afridi said the government was killing innocent Muslims to "please" the US and this was forcing tribal people to rebel.
|All the puppies, kittens and baby ducks they bumped off were born in South Waziristan, too. |
