| Flag-Burning Teacher Could Lose His Job |

| By KPIX - The PIXPage Staff A controversial Sacramento teacher will find out October 9th if he still has a job. Kory Clift, a 6th Grade teacher at North Avenue Elementary School, burned part of an American flag last week in his Social Studies class. Parents who met with school officials Thursday night have strong feelings on both sides of the issue. "He burned the flag," said Diana Dahley. "Fire him." |
