| Defence Minister George Fernandes acknowledged on Wednesday that Pakistan was acting to stop Islamic rebels infiltrating into Indian territory, but added the Army would remain on a state of high alert in the Kashmir. Good idea. Even if those coming in have slowed, those already there haven't left. |
