Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair in Northern Ireland. Thousands of anti-war protesters gathered near Hillsborough Castle on the outskirts of Belfast to express their anger and cynicism as the two leaders flew in Monday evening, chanting they "want nothing to do with the Iraqi massacre." The local press reported a procession of demonstrators from as far as the Congo joining Americans, Italians, Australians, British, Irish and other peace campaigners. |
