âI cannot understand or accept the basis of this position and say so with the frankness of one keen about the establishment of the best brotherly relations between Lebanon and Syria,â Mokheiber said in a statement. He argued that a full Syrian withdrawal has become a necessity for both Syria and Lebanon and is one of the âdaring measures and decisionsâ the two countries have to take to adjust and deepen bilateral ties. |
