Isn't this ypical Solitary Confinement in just about any prison in the US? Has anyone not seen treatment this on a police shows like 'Cops'? |

| #1 Hell - I bet this kind of stuff takes place weekly in Detroit, Watts, Washington DC and Houston everday too. Move along people, theres nothing to see here. Notice how there hasn't been any public anger over this - only the media is getting its panties in a knot over this. |
